I’m a writer of literary essays about place, currently based in The Hague, a Dutch city by the North Sea.
I created The Flâneurs Project, a lifelong project and newsletter through which I write about places around the world and interview people about their relationship to them. I was born in Romania, and since 2015 I have lived in Germany, Switzerland, and now the Netherlands.
Alongside my writing, I work as a data product consultant at PostNL in The Hague, helping teams apply product and design thinking to the way they understand and work with data. I love making complex, entangled things clear, beautiful, and simple.
I’m an Emergent Ventures fellow and awardee (2024), and a The Break fellow (2023), part of a European Union fellowship and community for women entrepreneurs.
